What we collect
When you submit our quote or contact forms, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, and anything you tell us about your property or the work required. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence as part of normal business records. We don't collect payment details through this website.
How we use it
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, schedule and deliver services, and keep the business records we're required to hold (including for tax purposes). We don't sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to mailing lists.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms (a form-processing service) and arrive in our email, which is hosted by Google Workspace. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure site traffic, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that don't identify individual visitors.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and client records are kept for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal record-keeping obligations, and are then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where we're not legally required to retain it). Email [email protected] or call 0406 937 593.
Our approach
As a small business, Kanga Gardening may be exempt from parts of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), but we choose to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles regardless.
